| 摘 要： | 中美两国高等教育经历了由简单到复杂、由单一到多样的发展过程，高等教育的功能也在发展过程中因为办学理念的调整和社会发展的需要而有所扩展和侧重，但教学始终是中关两国高等学校的核心学术活动。高校内部组织机构也都是围绕着人才培养和根据教学的需求出发组织构建起来的。高等教育的教学管理在中关两国的高等学校中都具有举足轻重的地位。本文通过比较中关高等教育的教学管理，以期从美国高等教育的教学管理中得到启示，借鉴其先进成功经验。
