基于虚拟仪器的声脉冲法隔声测试技术研究

摘    要:针对声脉冲法隔声测试的需要,基于虚拟器技术构建了隔声测试系统,并对一块五合板试件的隔声量进行了实际测试以验证系统的可靠性。结果表明,4000Hz以下的频段,测试值与理论值吻合得较好。误差在5dB以内。该方法节约了测试成本,可实现非消声室环境下对结构隔声量的测量,对噪声控制工程具有一定实用价值。

Abstract:A sound impulse insulation test system based on virtual instrument technology is designed, and a experiment with a five-lay board is taken to validate the reliability of the system. The result shows that the test TL value consists with that of calculated theoretical TL value very well below 4 000 Hz. This system can realize sound insulation test without dead room environment, and reduce the testing cost. It is of certain practical value in noise control engineering.
