血卟啉在胶束介质中的聚集状态研究

摘    要:用光谱法研究了光敏剂血卟啉在水溶液中的聚集状态,并以胶束作为生物膜模型,探讨了血卟啉在胶束介质中的聚集状态状态变化,用原子力显微镜研究了血卟啉聚集状态的微观结构及其在胶束介质中的聚集状态。

Abstract:The aggregation state of hematoporphyrin(HP) in aqueous solution and insurfactant aqueous solution has been studied by spectrum analysis. In micellar media thedimerization effect is observed only in anionic sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS). The monomer-dimerequilibrium is shifted toward the monomer side due to a high increase in the rate constant ofthe dimer dissociation than in the dimer formation with the SDS concentration. Fromapplication of atomic force microscopy the relationship between the morphology variation andmicro structure of HP-SDS and the solution state is discussed.
