燃煤锅炉可调卫燃带活动隔热层的设计

摘    要:提出了可调节燃带的物理模型,计算和分析了可调卫燃带隔热板主要热物理参数对各层隔热板内壁温的影响,并据此给出了隔热板安全工作时隔热板材料导热系数和厚度的推荐值。传热计算表明:如隔热板材料采用推荐的导热系数和厚度,当2层隔热板重叠时内外层隔热板不需要冷却保护,而3层隔热板重叠时只有外层隔热板内壁温度超过耐热钢允许的工作温度,因而应对外层隔热板采用冷却保护措施。

Abstract:A physical model for adjustable heat insulate layers is introduced. The calculation and analysis for the effect of thermophysical parameters on the inner surface temperature of each layer of heat insulate board is conducted. And an optimum heat conductivity and thickness are recommended for heat insulate board working safely. The calculated results show that the middle and inner layer of heat insulate board can work safely without cooling except the outer layer when three layers are overlapped and all layers can work safely when two layers are overlapped.
