类风湿性关节炎中医证候计算机数理统计方法初探

从１１０例类风湿性关节炎患者中选取临床最常见的肝肾两虚证、寒热错杂证及寒湿阻络证患者７４例与健康人３０例，仅就人发１４种必需微量元素含量进行计算机数理统计方法的研究，结果表明：三种中医证候类风关患者的Ｃｏ、Ｍｇ、Ｍｏ、Ｓｒ、Ｚｎ含量明显低于健康人，统计学分析呈非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。利用计算机数理统计方法对上述人群的微量元素进行筛选判别及分析，结果表明只要选择适当的特征参量，肝肾两虚证与寒热错杂证的类同关患者的分类判别准确率为９４．６４％，肝肾两虚证与寒湿阻络证患者以及寒热错杂与寒湿阻络证患者的分类判别准确率分别均为１００％．同时对健康人与上述三种中医证候的病例进行判别，其准确率为９５．１９％，获满意结果．

The Initial Inquiry into the Computer''''s Mathematical Satatistical Method on the Symptoms and Signs of TCM on Rheumatoid Arthritis

From 110 cases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), we have selected 74 cases. the most common symptoms and signs of TCM on RA include the deficiency of both liver and kidney,cold-syndrome associated with heat-syndrome and channel stangation due to cold-wetness evil. and we have studied that by the computer pattern recognition method with 30 heathy on 14 essential microelements in hair. The content of Co, Mg, Mo, Sr and Zn on the patients of the three symptoms and signs of TCM on RA is much lower than that on the healthy, and there is a very significant different on the statistical analysis (P<0. 001). By the computer's mathematical statistical method. we have screened, distinguished and analysed the people's microelements, and the result showed that the accuracy rate of classified distinguish on the deficiency of both liver and kidney and cold-syndrome associated with heat-syndrome is 94. 64%, and which on the deficiency of both liver and kidney and channel stangation due to cold-wetness evil. cold-syndrome associated with heat-syndrome and channel stangation due to cold-weiness evil are all 100%. In the same time, we have also distinguished the healthy and the cases of the three symptoms and signs, the accaury rate is 95. 19%. and the result is very satisfactory.
