摘    要:讨论了不同的碳源、氮源、无机盐组成的培养基对沼泽红假单胞菌B@9菌株色素组成、相对含量、存在状态的影响.结果表明,碳源、氮源、无机盐均能引起光合菌B@9菌株类胡萝卜素的合成、积累及其组成的变化,其中,碳源和氮源的影响更大.

Abstract:The influence of culture medium made up of different carbon, nitrogen source and inorganic salt on the variation of formation, the relative content and the existing state of pigments of RP and strain B.9 is studied. Results indicate different culture medium can cause different variation of synthesis of carotene, accumulation and compositions, among which carbon source and nitrogen source can bring about more obvious changes
