| 摘 要： | 图像融合作为一项先进技术被引入到生物细胞图像处理中，可实现图像的信息融合，完成图像配准，提高图像置信度，改善检测性能和空间分辨能力，最大限度地发掘细胞图像的信息资源，本文采用像素级的图像融合方法，将细胞荧光图像和透射图像信息融为一体，操作简便，能准确地判断细胞内部荧光位置，有利于分析其生物机理和含义。

| Abstract: | Being an advance technique, the imaging fusion is applied in biology cell images processing. The resultant merged image would contain more information than any of the individual image. It can match the images and improve the confidence of images and spatial resolution. In this article, a simple pixel based algorithm is applied to combine the fluorescence image and transmission image into a single composite image with extended information content. The method is also benefit to correctly judge the position of fluorescence and analysis of biological mechanism of fluorescence. |
