| Abstract: | Molecular mechanics studies on the distribution of conformers with parallel and crossed double bonds at C-2 and C-7 of the ten-membered ring ketone isogermacrone led to a 6.7 kJ mol?1 difference between the two most stable conformers the barrier between them being approximately 66.9 kJ mol?1. |
