| Abstract: | We construct several classical solutions of higher-dimensional nonlinear sigma models on spheres. These solutions are characterized by typical topological maps, in particular, four famous Hopf maps and the universal maps of theK-theory.Dedicated to the late Professor Shichiro Oka. |
