基于企业生产能力的我国军品市场经济优化模型研究

结合我国"军民结合寓军于民"新形势,分析我国军民市场在完全垄断、寡头垄断、垄断竞争三种非完全竞争军品市场中政府和具备军品生产资格的参与企业之间的行为,并利用运筹学和数学规划理论建立了基于企业生产能力的经济优化行为模型,为探讨在军费总额限定条件下政府追求社会产值和企业追求利润最大化提供了新的经济学分析方法.

Research on Economic Optimal Models of Chinese Armament Markets Base on Enterprise Throughput

According to the policy of combining civilian with military production and letting military production reside in civilian production for national defense in future,economic optimal behavior between government and licensed enterprises is analyzed in three imperfect competitive markets in the paper,which are monopoly,oligopoly,monopolistic-competition.The theory of operational research and mathematics programming is used to establish the models of economic optimal behavior base on enterprise throughput both government and enterprises in those imperfect competitive markets.It is an exploring economics way to study government and firms pursuing the optimization of the whole output and profit under limited expenditure on national defense.
