| 摘 要： | 以定西市广为种植的7个马铃薯品种为材料,对其农艺性状和营养价值进行了测试分析.结果表明在测定分析的8个农艺性状中,不同品种的马铃薯在块茎形状、皮色、肉色,熟性和生育日数等方面存在着较大的差异,但在芽眼深浅和芽眼多少等方面的差异较小;在测定分析的5个营养成分中,不同的品种所含营养成分的比重各不相同,依其所含营养成分的不同,可将不同品种的马铃薯分为菜用型、淀粉加工型、薯条炸片加工型等不同的用途.

| Abstract: | The agronomic traits and nutritional value of seven potato cultivars which are widely planted in Dingxi are investigated and analyzed.The results show that there are significant differences in the tuber shape,skin color,and pulp color of tuber,mature and growth days,but not as so as in the depth and number of the potatobads among seven potato cultivars.The proportions of the 5 nutrient components are different among the cultivars which are accordingly classified into different application types,such as cook... |
