| 摘 要： | 研究了鱼腥草在不同季节营养成分的变化，主要对不同季节栽培的鱼腥草的水分、蛋白质、油脂、可溶性糖、维生素C共5种营养成分的质量分数进行了定量分析，结果表明：鱼腥草在春季水分与维生素C的质量分数较高，且富含其他多种营养成分，是极其开发利用价值的野生蔬菜，适于鲜食及保健加工。夏季油脂、粗纤维含量较多，适用药用，蛋白质、可溶性的测定明显变化。

| Abstract: | The changes of nutrients in Houttuynia cordata Thunb were studied chiefly by delermining the of the moisture,protein,oil,dissolving sugar,vitamin C contents in Houttuynia cordata Thunb cultivated in different seasons.The result showed that the moisture and vitamin C contents are much higher,the contents of other nutrients are also high and the content of raw fiker is relatiely low in spring.Thus it is a kind of wild vegetable worth exploiting and suitable to eat when it's fresh and can be processed into heath food.While in summer the oil and raw fiker in Houttynia cordata Thunb is high,so the plant is fit for drug use. |
