| Abstract: | A new ECL-active species. Ru (phen)_2 (dcbpy) (PF_6)_2. has been designed andsynthesized. its structure was confirmed by means of IR. ESI-MS and 2D NMR. Also. itsproperties of electrochemistry. fluorescence and ECL are reported. which have suggested a goodhope of being used in electrochemiluminescent immunoassay and nucleic acid hybridization. |
