中国环境保护现状及强化保护策略分析

当代中国正处于由传统型社会向现代化社会加速转型的关键时期,在社会发展、科技进步、物质财富日益丰富、经济水平持续攀升的历史阶段,也暴露出诸多社会问题,其中环境污染现象尤为突出。环境是人类赖以生存的基础,如何正确处理人与自然的关系,实现科学发展是改革道路上不容忽视的主题。本文以我国环境现状为切入点,通过描述在大气环境、水环境、土壤环境等自然环境存在问题的情况下,阐述国家已经采取的措施,进而从立法、司法、行政、环保意识等角度出发,分析了我国目前在环境保护方面存在的不足,并提出了利于强化环境保护的相关措施。

Analysis of the Current Situation of Environmental Protection and the Environment Protection Policy Strengthening in China

contemporary China is at a critical period of accelerating transformation from a traditional society to a modern society.In the historical stage of social development,scientific and technological progress,increasingly rich material wealth,and continuosly rising economic level,it also has many social problems,among which environmental pollution is specially prominent.Environment is the basis for human survival.How to properly deal with the relationship between man and nature so as to achieve scientific development is the theme which cannot be ignored on the path of reform.This paper studies the status quo of China＇s environment as the starting point,describes the problems in the atmospheric environment,water environment,soil environment,and the measures already taken by the state on natural environment.It analyzes the shortcomings in our environmental protection,and proposes measures to strengthen environmental protection from the perspective of legislation,judicial practice,administrative law enforcement,and environmental awareness,..
