论我国志愿者管理机制

随着我国志愿者队伍的日益壮大，人民的志愿意识日益增强，对志愿者的管理机制就亟需建立完善，这样才能保证志愿服务工作有序进行，并完成组织预期目标，同时保护志愿者的积极性。从志愿者管理机制的重要性出发，分析了目前管理中存在的问题，并提出完善管理机制的新思路。
