| Abstract: | Transport properties were investigated in (NiAl)1?xMx, M = 3d transition metals, in order to examine the extrinsic nature of NiAl. Experimental results are well described by the s?d exchange (Kondo) theory from which exchange energy J, Kondo temperature Tk, and spin value S were estimated. A comparison between our results and the results from dilute alloys is made. |
