| Abstract: | Asymmetric decarboxylative rearrangement (Carroll rearrangement) of allyl alpha-acetamido-beta-ketocarboxylates was catalysed by a palladium complex modified with a chiral phosphine ligand, giving optically active gamma,delta-unsaturated alpha-aminoketones with up to 90% ee. |
