| 摘 要： | 目的：对痔上黏膜环行切除术(PPH)和Milligan-Morgan术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度痔的临床效果进行比较。方法：将57例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度痔随机分为PPH组(27例)和Milligan-Morgan组(30例)，分别进行手术治疗。对比分析手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛等。结果：与Milligan-Morgan组比较，PPH组的手术时间及住院时间短，术中出血少，术后疼痛轻。结论：PPH在治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度脱垂性痔的近期疗效明显优于Milligan-Morgan术。

| Abstract: | Aim: To compare the short-term effect between the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) and Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy in a randomized controlled trial. Methods: 57 patients with third or fourth stage hemorrhoidal prolapse were randomly assigned to PPH group (n=27) and Milligan-Morgan group (n=30). Data of operating time, pain index, blood loss in operation, and length of hospital stay after operation, etc were analyzed. Results: The PPH group comparing with Milligan-Morgan group had shorter operating time and hospital stay, less pain index and less blood loss in operation. Conclusion: The PPH is a safe and effective way for third or fourth stage hemorrhoidal prolapse and its short-term effect is better than that of Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. |
