摘    要:本文报道应用紫外光谱及化学鉴定反应,对锡(Ⅱ)与DBC-偶氮胂的褪色作用进行了研究。首次发现,在酸性介质中,SnCl_2可使DBC-偶氮胂分子中的两个发色团双偶氮基断裂,使试剂分解为小分子产物,从而导致试剂褪色,以至无色。

Abstract:DBC-Arsenazo is the trivial name for the compound, 3-(2-arsenophenylazo)-6-(2, 6-dibro-mo-4-chlorophenylazo)-4, 5-dihydroxyl-2,7-naphthalenedisulfonic acid, which is a prominentinorganic chromogenic reagent. Its aqueous solution can be bleached to colorless by stannouschloride in hydrochloric acid media. The cause of the fading is due to reduction reaction, for-ming 3,6-diaminochromotropic acid, o-arsenoaniline and 2,6-dibromo-4-chloroaniline. The redu-ction products are verified by UV-visible spectra and chemical tests, namely isocyanide and di-azonium salt formations.
