西南民居明销直榫节点抗弯性能研究

摘    要:西南传统民居主要为榫卯连接的木结构,其主要采用直榫连接方式,为了研究西南民族木结构中的明销直榫节点力学性能,设计了两个足尺节点并进行单向加载试验,得到节点的弯矩-转角曲线以及失效形态。在试验基础上,建立榫卯节点的理论模型,推导出相关参数的理论公式,并运用有限元软件ABAQUS对影响节点抗弯能力的因数进行数值模拟分析。研究结果表明:明销直榫节点在单向加载的情况下,其弯矩-转角曲线大致为弹性受力阶段、塑性发展阶段,将双折线模型理论曲线与试验曲线和数值模拟曲线进行比较,三者吻合较好。明销直榫节点的屈服弯矩和极限弯矩随榫头高度、榫头宽度、摩擦系数增加逐渐增大。

Abstract:The traditional dwellings are mainly wooden structures connected by mortise and tenon in Southwest China. In order to study the mechanical properties of the straight tenon joint with through pin in the wood structures of the southwest nationality, two full-scale nodes are designed for the monotonic loading test. The moment-rotation curve and the failure mode are obtained. On the basis of the experiment, the theoretical models of mortise and tenon joint were established, the theoretical formulas of the relevant parameters were derived, and the factors affecting the bending resistance of the joint were numerically simulated by the finite element software ABAQUS. The results are as follows: Under the condition of monotonic loading, the moment-rotation curve of the straight tenon joint with through pin is roughly in the elastic stage and the plastic development stage. The theoretical curve of the model is compared with the experimental curve and the numerical simulation curve, and the three curves are in good agreement with each other. The yield moment and limit moment of the straight mortise joint increase with the increase of the mortise height, the mortise width and the friction coefficient.
