| Abstract: | In the age of knowledge- based economy, digital reading has become a main way for people to obtain information. The development of information technology has changed the mode of information communication for academic researchers The need for academic communication and new and quick information spreading makes it an irresistible trend to preemptively publish academic journals on the interact. Meanwhile, the editorial department of academic journals is ready for such a trend. The OA journal is one manifestation of preemotive oublication. |
