凝胶内沉淀反应的模拟方法研究

目的：用廉价物代替抗IgG血清，既能开出有关实验，又减少了实验开支。方法：用硫酸铝钾和碳酸氢钠做琼脂双向扩散、单向扩散以及对流电泳。结果：三项实验分别出现清晰的沉淀线、沉淀环。采用该模拟方法的廉价试剂，可经济、逼真地开出三项凝胶内沉淀反应。

On Simulation Method of Precipitation Reaetion in the Gel

The objective of this paper is to replace the resist IgG serum with the low-priced stuff,so it can not only open relevant experiments,but also reduce the experiment expenses.We will conduct double agar diffusion test,simple agar diffusion test and counter immunoelectrophoresis with aluminium potassium sulfate and sodium bicarbonate.The clear sediment line and ring appear in three experiments.The precipitation reaction in the gel can be simulated with the above method.
