摘    要:提出了一种老视眼验光配镜的方法,设计了测量系统的光路。该方法基于人眼视度调节原理和CCD成像技术,把一确定的测量图形投影至被检眼眼底,再由CCD检测从眼底反射出的图形,由计算机对图像自动识别,确定人眼的远、近点视度,并计算配镜参数。这是一种全自动的客观式验光方法,排除了被验者的主观因素,可准确、快速地得到老视眼的配镜参数,并可用来测量远视、近视和散光眼的配镜参数。

Abstract:A method to measure presbyopic diopters of far and near point is promoted.The parameters of presbyopic eyeglasses are calculated according to the ophthalmology clinical experiential formula,and the optical path of measurement system is desigred.It is based on the adjusting principles of eyes' diopter and CCD imaging.A certain measure image is projected to the measured eyeground,then the reflection image is detected from eyeground by CCD device,the image is recognized by computer automatically to make sure the far and near point of the eye and the parameters of eyeglasses.This is an automatic and impersonal optometry.The method eliminates subjective factors of object and gets the parameters of presbyopia fitting glasses more quickly and accurately.The method can be also used to measure parameters of myopia,hyperopia and astigmatic fitting glasses.
