近代蔗业科技对传统蔗业的渗透--民国时期广东"糖业复兴"运动前后的甘蔗栽培技术

从蔗种的育成与管理、整地与种植方法、苗期与生长期管理、灌溉、收获与原料蔗的选择、轮作间种、病虫害防治、肥料施用等八个方面,论述了民国时期广东甘蔗栽培技术的先进水平.认为广东“糖业复兴”运动前后的甘蔗栽培技术,在传统技术的基础上,大步跨入了常规农业阶段.由于近代农学理论的指导,学者们对本地特色传统栽培技术作了科学的阐述,使近代技术向传统技术渗透并结合;同时又根椐本地风土,将外来的栽培技术揉合于本地技术之中,从而形成了颇具特色的甘蔗栽培技术形态.

Modern science and technology of sugarcane's penetration to traditional sugarcane industry--the sugarcane planting technology during the period of "sugarcane rejuvenation movement" of Guangdong Province in the Republican Period

The paper discusses the sugarcane planting technology in Guandong during the period of the Republic of China from 8 aspects: the sugar cane varieties' cultivation and management,ploughing and planting methods, seedling and growth phrases management,watering,harvest and material sugarcane selection,rotation and intercroption,pest and diseases controls as well as fertilizing application.Its' believed that in the " Guangdong sugar cane industry revival" period,the sugar cane planting technology heads towards the regular agriculture stage on the basis of traditional technologies.With the aid of modern agriculture theories,scholars have interpreted the local traditional characteristic technologies scientifically;consequently,the modern technologies penetrating the traditional ones and combing each other;simultaneously in accordance of local climate,integrating the alien planting technologies into the local ones,shaping a featured sugar cane planting technology form.
