| 摘 要： | 从阐述省级工程中心组建基础评估的目的入手，在对指标体系设计原则进行探讨的基础上，提出了湖北省工程研究开发中心的指标体系及指标体系的详细解释，并着重研究了湖北省工程研究开发中心的指标量化计算方法。
