| Abstract: | Single crystal alloy specimens of (GeSe)x(SnSe)1-x and (GeS)x(SnS)1-x have been prepared. The solubility limits, absorption edges, temperature coefficients of the energy gap and far infra-red reflectivities are investigated for the first time in these materials. |
