Abstract: | Gd3+ electron spin resonance linewidths and X-ray powder patterns have been determined from liquid nitrogen to room temperature on a hydrite of nominal composition Sc0.995Gd0.005H1.9. These measurements reveal anomalous behavior below 140 K suggesting a phase transition. |
