Abstract: | Vibrational (Bββ, Bβγ, Bγγ) and rotational (Bx, By, Bz) inertial functions of Bohr's collective Hamiltonian are studied microscopically as functions of deformation. The study is extended to the inertial functions of the Hamiltonian appropriate for the phonon expansion treatment. The cranking approximation is used. The results are compared with those of the pairing-plus-quadrupole model. Non-adiabatic effects are discussed. |
