| Abstract: | A facile electrochemical method was developed to synthesize CdS/ZnO nanotube arrays. Implemented as the photoanode in a photoelectrochemical cell, the CdS/ZnO nanotube arrays exhibited a photocurrent as high as 10.64 mA cm(-2). |
