| Abstract: | In this paper, We introduce the diagonally factor block circulant matrices where the basic diagonally factor block circulant matrix is the product of a block diagonally matrix and a basic block circulant matrix. The diagonalization and spectral decomposition of circulant matrices are conveiently generalized to block matrices with the strcture of diagomally factor circulant. |
