LD抽运Nd:Gd1-xYxVO4连续波激光器的实验研究

摘    要:报道了一种半导体二极管(LD)抽运Nd:Gd1-xYxVO4晶体,采用简单、结构紧凑的平-平腔设计,实现了1.06 μm连续波激光输出,在8 W的注入功率下,获得3.25 W的1.06 μm连续波激光输出,光-光转换效率为41%,斜效率为45%.KTP腔内倍频实现了稳定的连续波532 nm绿光激光运转,当注入功率为8 W时,单向获得了621 mW的单模绿光输出.

Experimental Study of Diode-pumped Nd:Gd1-xYxVO4 Continuous Wave Laser

Abstract:A diode-pumped Nd:Gd1-xYxVO4 continuous wave laser with the wavelength of 1.06 μm is reported. A very simple, compact flat-flat cavity was used. 3.25 W of output power at 1.06 μm was achieved at incident pump power of 8 W. The corresponding optical conversion efficiency of 41% and the average slop efficiency of 45% was obtained. The intracavity second harmonic generation (SHG) with an KTP crystal into the green spectral range at 532 nm were studied. 621 mW of single-ended cw green operation was obtained at 8 W of incident pump power.
