钝化与光催化双功能薄膜在玻璃防结雾中的应用

摘    要:在大气环境中玻璃表面会吸附有机污染物分子 ,导致表面上水接触角 (θ)增大。当θ大于 5~ 1 0°时 ,在一定条件下就会发生结雾现象。在分析大气中玻璃表面 (包括有涂层的玻璃表面 )的θ值随时间的变化规律的基础上 ,进行了用钝化和光催化双功能无机氧化物薄膜涂层防止玻璃表面结雾的应用研究。

Abstract:The surface of glass can absorb the organic pollutant molecules in air resulting in the increase of its value of contact angle with water ( θ ).At θ >5~10°,the fogging on glass surface will occur under an appropriate ambient condition.Based on the results of the dependence of θ on time,we put forward a strategy,i.e.adopting bifunctional thin film (adsorption inert and photocatalytic decomposition active for pollutant molecules)to overcome the fogging problem on glass surface.
