安宁河大桥主孔箱梁730KN钢支架安装与卸架施工设计

摘    要:西攀高速公路安宁河大桥其主跨箱梁采用有支梁施工,其钢支架采用军用梁。每笼钢支架长46.96米,宽3.28米,高4.69米,重730KN。要安全顺利完成如此大重量的钢支架安装与卸架施工,结构受力复杂,吊运难度大。通过对钢支架安装与卸架过程的结构分析,采用有限元计算软件Algor12对结构建模分析,结合施工经验,我们顺利的完成了钢支架安装与卸架施工。

Abstract:Xipan highway Anning River bridge and its main span box girder makes use of the strut-beam construction, its steel bracket uses military girder.The size of each cage of steel bracket is 46.96 meters long, 3.28 meters wide, 4.69 meters high, and 730KN in weight.To complete the installation and unloading of steel bracket of such great weight smoothly involves complex structure stress and many difficulties in swing.By way of analyzing the structures and processes in the installation or unloading of the steel bracket, also by using the finite element computation software Algor 16 pair of structure modeling analysis integrated with previous construction experience, we smoothly completed the installation and unloading of steel brackets.
