摘    要:贵州理工学院编制了化工类学生成长手册,从2013级学生入学起,通过学生阅读、教师解读相结合的方式,建立学生的专业认知教育体系。通过问卷调查了学生成长手册的效果,对比了2013级和2014级学生的退学率,发现长效专业认知教育体系的建立可帮助化工类学生逐步了解本专业的培养目标、课程体系和就业方向,目标明确,提高了人才培养的质量。

Effect of Establish Long-term Major Awareness Education System on the Gowth for the Chemical Engineering Students
Abstract:A growth handbook of students who majored in chemical engineering was worked out to establish a long-term major awareness education system. The effect of the handbook on the growth for the chemical engineering student was studied. The function of handbook and the intention to change of majors was statistical analysis by questionnaire. The dropout rate of grade 2013 and grade 2014 was compared. The results showed that it could help students to understand training target, curriculum system and employment direction to establish a long-term major awareness education system. And therefore the establishment of long-term major education system awareness helped students possed clear goal and improved education quality.
