| 摘 要： | 建立了HPLC测定注射用双黄连(冻干)中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量,采用Agilent TC-C_18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇―水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长284 nm,柱温35℃。结果表明,5-羟甲基糠醛能得到很好的分离,线性关系良好,平均回收率在97.06%~103.41%之间。该方法准确、简便、重现性好,可以实现注射用双黄连(冻干)多成分质量控制。

HPLC Determination of 5-HMF in Shuanghuanglian Injection |

| Abstract: | To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 5-HMF in Shuanghuanglian Injection. The optimal conditions of separation and detection were achieved on an TC-C18 (250×4.6 mm, 5mm) eluted with a gradient of methanol and water, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, detected at 284 nm. The good resolution can be achieved and the method was linear over the investigated concentration range. The average recovery was between 97.06%~103.41%, and the method was accurate, easy and reproducible, which could be applied to quality control of Shuanghuanglian Injection. |
