凝结水处理用树脂溶出物问题研究

本文在自选设计的树脂溶出物动态循环溶茁测试装置上，试验了常用的各种凝结水处理用离子交换树脂短、长期动态溶出行为、发现各种树脂的溶出物量及行为相差很远，对树脂溶出物进行的高压釜试验表明，高压釜试验前后溶的的红外光谱变化不大，溶出物主要结构、基团变化也不明显，但是，树脂溶出物在高温、高压下酸化较明显。因此，对树脂溶出物进行检测是必要的。

STUDIES ON THE LEACHABLES OF RESINS USED IN CONDENSATE WATER POLISHING

The paper tested short and long time dynamic leaching behavior of various ion exchange resins used in condensate water polishing leachables on the testing equipment built by ourselves, the results show that the quantity and behavior of resin leachables leaching are different between various resins. High pressure kettle test of resin leachables shows that the infrared spectrums of resin leachables behind high pressure kettle testing are similar with that of before, there are smaller change in the main construction and group, but resin leachables are easily acidized in high temperature and pressure, so monitoring resin leachables is necessary.
