煤中无机矿物组分的溶出性及其对水煤浆流变特性的影响

摘    要:用等离子体原子发射光谱考察了14种不同变质程度煤中的无机矿物质在煤浆分散体系中的溶出性,并就其对浆体流变特性的影响进行了讨论。结果发现;煤中无机矿物质的溶出性视煤种和煤中矿物质含量的不同而有很大差异,而且,除个别煤熔出相当数量的铝离子外,其余煤在浆体分散体系中溶出的无机矿物离子均主要以钙出子为主,其次为镁,铁离子。

Abstract:Solubuities of the mineral matters of coals in coal water slurries were characterized by ICp-AES,and their effects on slurry rheological behaviour were discussed in detail.The results indicated that the solubility of the mineral matters varies greatly and depends on coal type and composition of the mineral matters.The ions extracted from the mineral matters are mainly Ca2+,Mg2+,Al3+,Fe3+or Fe2+cations and Si-bearing anions,The amount of Ca2+ extracted is the largest of all these ions for most of the investigated coals.The rheological behaviours of coal water slurries with different types of coals are largely dependent on the solubility of the mineral matters,Urider the specified conditions in the paper,the slurries are generally featured with shearthinning behaviour for fine solubility of mineral matters in coal,and shear-thicking behaviour for bad solubility. The rheological behaviour fo slurry can be improved by addition of inorganic electrolytes such as CaCl2.Multiple regression analysis indicated that the slurry flow index is mainly dependent on the amounts of Ca2+ and Al3+extracted as shown in the follows equation with correlation a coefficient of 0.9l:N=0.11-l0-2(0.37Ca2+]+0.17Al3+]),where N is slurry flow index.
