液相色谱法测定化妆品中4种禁用酚类物质

摘    要:建立了水基类、乳液类、膏霜类、粉类和蜡基类化妆品中4种禁用酚类物质(间苯三酚、4-硝基愈创木酚、酚酞和地乐酚)含量测定的液相色谱方法。样品经溶剂萃取,氮吹浓缩后采用优化的定容液定容,以液相色谱保留时间和紫外吸光度定性,外标法定量。结果表明,4种禁用酚类物质在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,r2>0.99,方法的检出限(LOD)为1.5~6.0mg/kg,定量下限(LOQ)为5.0~20.0mg/kg。4种禁用酚类物质的平均回收率为81.3%~100%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%~8.2%。方法前处理简单、操作性强,适用于化妆品中4种禁用酚类物质的检测。

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC )method was developed for the determination of 4 banned phenols,i.e.phloroglucinol,4-nitroguaiacol,phenolphthalein and dinoseb in water-based,emulsions,creams,powder and waxy-based cosmetics.After a clean-up process of vortex extraction and nitrogen blowing concentration,the analytes were redissolved with optimized solvent.The qualitative analysis was based on retention time and ultraviolet absorbance,while quantitative analysis was performed by the external standard method.There existed good linear relationships for four analytes in the certain concentration range,with correlation coefficients ( r2 ) more than 0.99.The limits of detection (LOD )and limits of quantitation (LOQ )for 4 banned phenols were in the ranges of1.5-6.0 mg/kg and 5.0-20.0 mg/kg,respectively.The spiked recoveries for four analytes were in the range of 81.3 %-100 % with relative standard deviations (RSD )of1.0 %-8.2 %.The developed method was applicable for the determination of 4 banned phenols in cosmetic with simple pretreatment and easy operation.
