摘    要:从经济性和环保性考虑,本文以喹啉甲醛和芳香胺为原料,室温下利用廉价易处理的碱作为促进剂成功合成一系列喹啉酰胺衍生物,对所得产物进行了表征,考察了不同溶剂、碱和底物摩尔比对反应的影响,获得了优化的反应条件,并在文末提出了可能的反应机理。该反应具有条件温和、处理简单、收率较好、绿色环保等特点。

Abstract:Based on the consideration of economy and environmental protection, a new method for the synthesis of a series of quinolinamide derivatives from quinolinecarboxaldehyde and aromatic amines has been developed by using an inexpensive and easy-to-handle base as the promoter at room temperature.The synthesized products were all characterized. The effects of solvents, bases and substrates molar ratios on the reaction were examined to obtain the optimal reaction conditions, and a possible reaction mechanism was proposed. The reaction possesses many advantages such as mild conditions, simple treatment, good yields, and environmental friendliness.
