聚苯胺-木质素磺酸复合物的合成及其染料吸附性能——介绍一个综合性研究型实验

摘    要:以苯胺为单体,木质素磺酸为分散剂,采用化学氧化聚合法合成成本低廉、吸附性能优异的聚苯胺-木质素磺酸(PAL)复合物。要求学生掌握复合物的合成操作步骤、复合物的表征及其染料吸附性能测试的方法。通过对比实验结果,为研究型实验教学提供思路。该实验利于加深学生对高分子学科知识的理解与运用,培养他们的综合实验能力。

Abstract:A new research-based comprehensive experiment was introduced. Low-cost polyaniline-lignosulfonate (PAL) composite with high-adsorption performance was synthesized via a facile oxidative chemical polymerization from aniline monomers by using lignosulfonate as a dispersant. Students are required to master the experimental procedures of PAL composite synthesis, and systematically understand the methods of characterization and dye-adsorption performance measurements of PAL. Through this experiment, students can study and apply polymer chemistry, polymer physics, and functional polymer, as well as develop their comprehensive experimental abilities.
