Abstract: | The role of Coulomb disorder is analysed in the Anderson-Falicov-Kimball model. Phasediagrams are obtained by means of dynamical mean-field theory applied to the Bethelattice, in which metal-insulator transitions driven by Anderson and Coulomb disorder canbe identified. Metallic, Mott insulator, and Anderson insulator phases, as well as thecrossover between them are studied in this framework. We show that Coulomb disorder has arelevant role in the phase-transition behaviour as the system is led towards the insulatorregime. |
