核爆条件下土中钢质圆柱壳动荷载计算方法

摘    要:为研究核爆条件下土中钢质圆柱壳动荷载的计算问题。采用核爆模拟装置进行了爆炸荷载作用下密实砂土内钢质圆柱壳模型试验,得到了有关动压力的时程曲线。试验表明钢质圆柱壳结构的动压力分布不同于钢筋混凝土结构,其中密实砂土中钢质圆柱壳的底部压力大于顶部压力。在试验基础上,通过动力有限元数值模拟,得到了核爆条件下密实砂土和软粘土两类地层的圆柱壳动荷载分布规律与计算方法。综合试验和数值模拟结果,结合现行设计规范方法,给出了全埋钢油罐动荷载的工程实用计算方法。

Abstract:The calculation of the dynamical load of the underground steel cylindrical shell is to be solved in the engineering design. With nuclear exploding simulation set,a model experiment of steel cylindrical in dense sand was completed and the time history curve of dynamical pressure was measured. The result shows that the pressure distribution of the steel cylindrical shell was different from that of steel-concrete structure and the bottom pressure was larger than top one. Based on the model experiment, and with dynamical FEM,the dynamical loads distribution and the calculation method for the steel cylindrical shell in dense sand and mild clay were obtained ,together with the practical calculation method for entirely burying steel oil-tank.
