| 摘 要： | 混合制冷剂液化天然气流程中 ,涉及到很多设备。文中介绍了压缩机、膨胀机和节流阀、分离器、混合器、多股流换热器这五类设备的热力学状态的计算方法 ,并与国外流程计算中的相应模块计算结果相比较 ,模拟结果十分接近 ,从而表明所进行的设备热力学状态模拟是正确的

| Abstract: | In the mixed refrigerant cycle to liquefy the natural gas, there are many kinds of equipments. In this paper, the authors research the calculation method of equipment module, which consists: (1) compressor, (2) expander and throttle valve, (3) separator, (4) mixture, (5) multi-flow heat exchanger. The calculation of the compression process, throttle process, mixture process, separation process is compared with the data obtained by the overseas researchers. The comparison indicates the calculation of equipment module in this paper is correct. |
