| 摘 要： | 计算机控制三色曝光机的伺服系统,同时驱动x、y、z三轴的运动,为了实现精确的曝光,对每根轴的运动要求不同,各轴的控制规律也不一样.针对每根轴的运行情况,给出了它的比例、积分、微分控制(PID)规律,使三轴的运动既能快速响应,又能精确定位.
