| 摘 要： | 物体的转动惯量的测定是必不可少的实验内容．现有的三线摆等测转动惯量的装置，自身存在许多缺陷，使实验精度受到限制．框式转动惯量测量装置，克服了前者的缺陷，提高了实验精度。

| Abstract: | The measurement of object rotation inertia is indispensibale contents in physical experiement.There exist many defects in the current devices for measuring object rotation like triple pendulum so that experiment pricision suffers. The measuring device of frame-rotation inertiameter overcomes the defects of previous devices and improves experiement pricision. |
