广州市中学生应激反应状况调查与分析

摘    要:目的:探讨中学生的应激反应症状与生活事件、行为问题、自我效能、家庭父母因素关系。方法:应用事件影响量表(IES)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)等量表整群抽取广州某中学580名学生进行现况调查。结果:所有调查学生应激反应临床症状检查率为38.7%;在年级、教养方式上分布差异明显的有:应激反应临床症状检查率、闯入亚症状群、IES总分、发生频率前7位主要事件应激量均值、生活事件量表各因子平均应激量及总应激量。应激反应症状与生活事件典型相关分析,创伤应激反应症状的闪入症状群主要与人际关系、健康与适应方面有关;回避症状群主要与学习压力、健康与适应方面有关。各量表因子分数的EARSON相关分析均有统计学意义。结论:应激反应症状的发生与个体心理行为特征和家庭父母因素有关。

Abstract:Aim: To explore the relationship among stress response,stress life events,behavior problems,self-efficacy and parental factors in senior and junior high school students.Methods: A total of 580 students in Guangzhou were investigated with the questionnaires which contained IES,ASLEC,YSR,Self-efficacy Scale through cluster sampling in the manner of cross sectional research.Results: Thirty eight point seven percent of the students had clinically elevated stress response symptoms(total score>26) with grade and parenting significance.The mean score on intrusion, total score of IES,the most 7 rank life events with being frequently indorsed,the mean score of the subscales of ASLEC as well as total score of ASLES distributed significantly different in grade and parenting.The intrusion and avoidance symptom,the correlation coefficients of the first pair of canonical variables in junior high school group was significant,but not the second one.The correlation coefficients of the two pair of canonical variables in senior high school group were both significant.In the first pair of canonical variable,the loadings of intrusion,interpersonal relationship,health and adaptation were higher,while in the second pair,withdrawal,study pressure,health and adaptation.The total score of each Scale which was used in this study was correlated significantly through the Pearson Correlation Analysis.Conclusion:The stress response among middle school students was intervened with behavior and psychological character individually combining with parenting factor.
