| 摘 要： | SWOT分析法是战略管理中常用的战略规划分析方法,是在对企业内部因素和外部因素进行系统分析的基础上,选择最佳经营战略的方法。运用这种态势分析法深入分析河南省高等特殊教育的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,将河南省高等特殊教育发展具有的优势、劣势和环境要素进行综合分析评价,进而确立促进河南省高等特殊教育发展的战略举措。
