| 摘 要： | 报道了一款自主设计并研制成功的UHF频段宽带大功率放大器,采用PCB工艺实现了基于LANGE耦合器的平衡放大结构.通过调整耦合端和直通端的谐振支路,在损耗与对称性之间折衷,LANGE耦合器的性能得到极大改善,满足了平衡电路的要求.由此LANGE耦合器构成的平衡功率放大器在1.35～1.85GHz频率范围内, 增益≥43dB,输出功率≥20W,增益平坦度≤±0.56dB.

| Abstract: | A UHF balanced broadband high power amplifier is reported.The balanced structure based on LANGE couplers is fabricated with PCB technology.By adjusting the resonant tanks at the coupling ports and the through ports,some trade-offs between loss and symmetry are made.The LANGE coupler's performance is improved for the balanced amplifier.In the frequency band of 1.35~1.85GHz,the balanced power amplifier based on the LANGE couplers has a gain of more than 43dB,an output power of more than 20W,and gain flatness ... |
