| Abstract: | The first stereoselective total synthesis of 3 (R)-panaxynol 1 has been achieved byutilizing the Cadiot-Chodkiczwicz reaction, through coupling of 3 (R)- (t-butyldiphenylsilyloxy)1-penten-4-yne with 1 -bromo-alkyne compound. |
