Tb、Fe双掺LiNbO3晶体的生长及其光折变效应的研究

摘    要:用提拉法从熔体中生长出Tb、Fe双掺LiNbO3晶体,用二波耦合方法测试了晶体的指数增益系数、衍射效率和响应时间。Tb:Fe:LiNbO3薄晶片中,由于光爬行作用,使得晶体的指数增益系数和衍射效率大大增强,掺入Tb后晶体的光电导值增大,响应时间缩短。

Abstract:The Tb and Fe co-doped LiNbO3 crystal was grown from melt by Czochralski method.Theexponential gain coefficient the diffractive efficiency and the response time were measured by usingtwo-wave coupling technique; Because of the light climbing effect,the exponencial gain and thediffractive efficiency were increased greatly in thin sheet.In the crystal co doped Tb ions,thephotoconductivity was increased,and the response time was shortened.
